Terms of Service

BeCryptoCLUB is a paper trading and AI signal platform. We do not custody funds, execute real trades on your behalf, or provide regulated financial advice. Always conduct your own research before making any investment decision.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BeCryptoCLUB ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency-related services in your jurisdiction to register an account.

2. Description of Service

BeCryptoCLUB provides:

AI-generated market analysis and trading signals (educational and informational only)
Paper trading simulation tools (no real money involved)
Portfolio tracking via exchange API read connections
Gamification features (XP, leaderboards, challenges)
Market data aggregation and visualization

The Service does not execute live trades, manage real funds, or operate as a regulated financial institution, broker, or investment advisor.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to abuse the platform.

4. Exchange API Connections

When you connect an exchange account via API key:

We request read-only permissions for portfolio tracking. We strongly recommend you never provide withdrawal permissions.
API keys are encrypted at rest. We do not store them in plaintext.
You are solely responsible for the security of your exchange account and API credentials.
We are not liable for any losses arising from exchange security incidents, API key compromise, or exchange downtime.

5. AI Signals & Recommendations

AI-generated signals and recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any asset.

Past performance of AI signals does not guarantee future results.
All signals carry inherent uncertainty and should not be acted upon without your own independent research.
Confidence scores reflect model certainty, not profit probability.
We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or profitability of any signal.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed in USD. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Downgrading to the free plan is available at any time.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, fraud, or illegal activity
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service programmatically without authorization
Share, sell, or resell AI signals or platform data to third parties
Use the Service in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, AI models, designs, and code are owned by BeCryptoCLUB. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BECRYPTOCLUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTO ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI SIGNALS WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, or in competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
